Ken lifts Jesus up as the greatest leadership role model and co-founded Lead Like Jesus in 1999 whose mission is "to glorify God by inspiring and equipping people to lead like Jesus." He and Phil Hodges are the co-authors of Lead Like Jesus: Lessons from the Greatest Leadership Role Model of All Time. This message is impacting individuals, homes, churches, businesses, and communities everywhere. A Cornell University graduate with a PhD, he has been a college professor, an entrepreneur, and business guru. He is an avid golfer and a friend to anyone who crosses his busy path!
